Going to live in Mexico was amazing. Originally, I had planned to travel but circumstances changed and I ended up working there. I worked for a private school and taught for them. In my spare time I would travel and do and see as much as I could. Mexico has never left me. It’s a place that changed me from the inside out. There are so many ruins there. I never made it to Chichen Itza but I hope too one day. It’s my dream to go back there. I would like to spend another year or so there if I could. I didn’t feel like I got it out of my system. I felt like I half saw Mexico and I know another year there I would feel more complete, but we shall see. I am happy where I am right now.
I would ultimately really like to travel Mexico more and move all the way through into Central America and down into the South of America. There is so much to see and do there I am sure and I hope I get to do it one day. I would love to go to see the ruins in Peru and to dance Salsa in Colombia. Id love to go to the carnival in Brazil and see the waterfalls of Venezuela. To travel by train and motorcycle and horse. Why not! I d like to travel by boat too. Id settle for a cruise – haha! A girl can dream huh!
I have a few friends that live in Costa Rica and I am always getting invites but haven’t yet had time to go. I hope one day I will be able to do so. I dream of travelling other places too, like India and New Zealand. This world is so vast and so beautiful and there is just so much to see. I am not sure it could be covered in one person’s life-time, not at all, its too big but I am sure a whole range could be covered if planned and if the funds were saved. I mean it would take a lot of money to truly see the world, but I am sure its possible.
I have been to Australia and Thailand, Spain and France, the Caribbean, Egypt, Morocco, Israel, Mexico, A little of Guatemala, America, Laos and that’s all I can think of at the moment, but I still feel there is so much more to see. I hope one day I can travel with family. Now having a family, that would be an adventure!
